Welcome to Waggin’ Tails Pet Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking services with us, using our website, or opting into SMS communication, you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “User”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. 📅 Service Terms
🐶 Pet Waste Removal & Dog Walking
Services are scheduled based on location-optimized routing. We do not provide exact arrival windows to maintain efficiency.
Clients receive a 60-minute “on the way” text alert prior to each service.
Customers are not required to be home during service, provided gates are unlocked and dogs are friendly.
🐾 Dog Safety
Dogs may remain in the yard during service if they are non-aggressive and approved by the technician.
Waggin’ Tails reserves the right to cancel or reschedule service if there is a concern for the safety of staff or pets.
2. 📍 Access Requirements
Clients must provide unobstructed access to the yard. Locked gates, excessive snow, or obstructions may prevent service and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling unless prior arrangements are made.
3. 💳 Billing & Payments
All recurring service plans are billed on the 1st of each month in advance.
Initial cleanups and first-month service fees are billed together after your first visit.
A valid payment method is required on file for service to continue.
Late payments or failed transactions may result in paused or canceled services until resolved.
4. 🧽 Cleanliness & Disinfecting
We disinfect all equipment and shoes between yards using a kennel-grade solution to protect pets from bacteria and viruses.
Disinfection is a core part of our reputation and a point of pride in our operations.
5. 📱 SMS Notifications
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS updates for:
Appointment reminders
Service alerts
Gate photo confirmations
Billing reminders
Optional marketing promotions (only if opted in)
To opt out of SMS:
Text STOP at any time.
Text HELP for support.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile data is never sold or shared.
6. 🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may pause, cancel, or adjust service frequency by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled service.
Refunds are not issued for missed cleanups due to locked gates, dangerous dogs, or weather unless otherwise arranged.
7. ❄️ Weather Policy
Services may be skipped due to hazardous weather conditions (e.g., lightning, icy surfaces, extreme heat or cold). In such cases, a double cleanup will be provided during the next visit.
8. 🚚 Route Optimization
We reserve the right to adjust service days and times to ensure efficient routing and quality control.
Clients will be notified of any major scheduling changes in advance.
