    You’ll be notified if service is delayed, and we’ll get you rescheduled ASAP.

  • Nope! All of our services are contract-free.
    You can start, pause, or cancel anytime. We just ask for 24 hours' notice to adjust your service schedule.

    HOWEVER… If you decide you like us enough to be in a committed relationship, we are happy to do 6 and 12-month agreements that lower your costs and guarantee priority service.

  • Our plans go as low as $20 per visit, and vary based on:

    • Number of dogs

    • Frequency of visits

    • Lot size

    • Add-ons like deodorizing or walking

  • Absolutely!

    Gate security is a top priority.
    Our techs are trained to double-check every latch—every time. We also send you a photo of the closed gate.

    If a gate won’t close properly, we’ll contact you immediately.

  • Not at all. As long as we can access your yard, we’ll handle everything.
    We send optional service updates, and you’ll see visit confirmations via your client portal or text/email.

  • Yes! After every stop.
    We disinfect all scooping tools and use a shoe sanitizing process before entering the next yard. This keeps germs and parasites from spreading between properties.

  • For everyone’s safety, we prefer that your dogs are inside. The visits do not take long. However, If your dog is friendly and safe, and is comfortable with us, (e.g. a dog we regularly walk). we’re happy to work outside with them.
    If we’re unsure or can’t safely enter, we’ll contact you, wait up to 10 minutes, and leave a note if needed. Missed visits due to unsafe dogs can be rescheduled.

  • We bag and dispose of pet waste i’m your trashcan for you. If you prefer, we can take it offsite, but a small handling charge applies.

  • Yes! Our pet-safe, eco-friendly sanitizer/deodorizer is available as a one-time treatment or recurring add-on. It helps eliminate smells and refresh your lawn between visits.

  • Yes! We offer 15, 30, and 60-minute walks tailored to your dog’s age, energy, and behavior. Walks are great for mid-day breaks, travel coverage, or just to give your pup a change of scenery.

  • Your dog will be walked by a trained, background-checked Waggin’ Tails technician—someone who loves dogs as much as you do. You’ll get:
    ✅ A meet-and-greet with your walker
    ✅ GPS check-ins
    ✅ Photo updates
    ✅ Reliable, on-time service every walk

  • We walk your pup in your neighborhood or around your property, depending on what’s best for their comfort and your preference.
    No busy streets or dog parks unless specifically requested.

  • We understand some dogs need a little extra TLC. We always conduct a free intro visit to ensure the dog and the walker’s comfort with the situation.

    During our first visit, we’ll assess your dog’s temperament and customize the service accordingly.

    If your dog is aggressive or highly anxious, we’ll work with you on safe alternatives—or refer you to a behavior specialist if needed.
