Dog Walkin’
Do I Have to Sign a Contract?
Our services are scheduled so you and your pet can anticipate when we will be walking. But there are no contracts, and you can cancel at any time.
Do You Do Drop-In Walks?
We do! We do 15 and 60-minute walks. Check out our Products and Services list for our full list of options.
How Long Do Your Walks Last?
The duration of our walks is completely up to you. We can do anything from 15 minutes to an hour.
Will My Dog Have the Same Walker Each Time?
We develop our schedules to provide as much consistency as possible. Of course, there are times when a walker is sick or on vacation. We will let you know if we need to send a different walker.
Do You Have Walkers Who are Comfortable with Reactive Dogs?
Our walkers undergo extensive training so they are comfortable handling all kinds of dogs in all kinds of situations.
What Happens if the Weather is Bad During a Scheduled Walk?
We operate in most weather! Rain, snow, or heat—we show up unless it’s unsafe. Unsafe weather conditions that may result in a delay or cancellation include temperatures below 20°F or above 95°F and severe storms (thunder, lightning, wind warnings). Ice and flooding in streets or yards could also impact our schedules. If extreme weather is forecast or happens, we shorten or adjust walks for pet safety.
How Do I Know if a Walk Happened?
We offer GPS-tracked walks. We also provide photos of our time together with your pet.
Can You Feed My Pet or Give Them Their Meds?
Absolutely. Just let us know what your pet needs, and we will make sure we include it in our routine.

Do I Have to Sign a Contract?
Our services are scheduled. But there are no contracts, and you can cancel at any time.
Do You Offer One-Time Cleanups?
Of course. We are happy to get your yard ready for a special occasion or just make sure it is ready for family time!
Do I Need to Be Home When You Arrive?
Nope. You are free to come and go as you please. We just need to have access to the yard, and we will take care of business from there.
What Happens if the Weather is Bad During a Scheduled Visit?
We operate in most weather! Rain, snow, or heat—we show up unless it’s unsafe. Unsafe weather conditions that may result in a delay or cancellation include temperatures below 20 (degree sign) F or above 95(degree sign)F and severe storms (thunder, lightning, wind warnings). Ice and flooding in streets or yards could also impact our schedules. If snow or ice completely covers yard waste, we may delay a service. If we do, we will either reschedule or issue a partial credit, depending on what was delivered.
Do You Take the Waste With You?
We generally leave it in your trash, but, for a small fee (which covers the disposal cost), we can take it with us.
What if I Have a Large Yard or Several Dogs?
Our service covers up to 3 dogs and a 0.2 acre lot. More dogs, or larger yards, may incur an additional charge. You’ll get your final weekly charge on your quote.
